Maybe you should've specified that before, how do I un-do it? I think YOU can refund the full payment somehow, should be a button on your end. 8

I think YOU can refund the full payment somehow, should be a button on your end. He can issue a refund within 60 days but PayPal will only refund you the $28,62 (30-1.38) and not the full $30. I suggest you just send him another $1.38 as friends/family.
