Vag
Disputed member: [member=Styroksi] Thread Link: none Explanation: He was a cashier on my RS Poker site. The rank fee for cashier was 100m one-time, but we did an agreement of that he will pay me in 10m splits, due he does not have enough gp. I was fine with that, and he was too. Yesterday he messaged me on skype that he has once again the 10m. Today when I got home, I started to talk me and he suddenly refused to pay me that 10m and started using excuses like "I am away the whole summer" and in the next pharse it was the next few weeks and then he didn't have the money because he gave it to irl friend (before this he stated he does not have any friends who play rs, when I asked him to advertise our site to his friends). My cashier rules say that the fee is non-refundable And after all we came in agreement that he will not be apart of my site anymore, and that I can keep the 20m he paid to me for the rank. So yeah, I logged in to the server and demoted him. When I noticed that hes balance was 0. Then I decided to take a look at the server logs and what I found is posted as evidence. PLEASE HIDE CONTAINS PERSONAL INFORMATION OF HIM AND MY IP ADDRESS. YEAH, HE RESOLVED ME WHEN HE STARTED TO TALK WITH ME AND TODAY HE BLOCKED ME AND MY ROUTER WAS NULLROUTED BY BOTNET ATTACK AT THE SIME TIME. I KNOW I CAN NOT ACCUSSE HIM FOR IT AS IT WAS A BOT NET ATTACK, BUT PRETTY NICE TIMING.
Mikasa
Did any of this take place on OSBot, or was it all on the betting website / Skype.
Styroksi
Nothing to do with OSbot. And no, I did not have anything to do with this botnet thing.
Vag
Did any of this take place on OSBot, or was it all on the betting website / Skype. None than that he originally contacted me via OSBot.
Vag
I'd like to add up that now he has open a dispute against me for this; For me it does not make any difference did this happen directly on OSBot or "off-site". He contacted me on OSBot, he is a member on OSBot, he scammed my but fortunately to me was not able to turn the scam into something worth money, and almost got away with this. My personal opinion is that the feedback is proper and should stay there, but that would be up to OSBot staff to decide. I have no further demands in terms of this, as long as the feedback will be there as reminder to the others. In the end, a scammer is always a scammer and will not change his habits in matter of months, even years. It is a long process. Thanks.
