Explanation: Gave him 12m 07 first. He never delivered. Claims he had delivered to me, when I clearly said it wasn't me. He also left fake feedback claiming that I was framing him.

    Please post all of the conversation between you 2.

    There is a 30 minute gap between the 2 screenshots, so I can't conclude anything off of that.

    In the meantime, I've notified the user that he is currently under dispute.

    I also just submitted my report about the scam he did too me for 50m :D

    There doesn't seem to be any unusual activity on his OSBot account and his Paypal matches the one that he always uses.

    The user has been IP banned, I'm sorry for your loss.
