My main was banned for 2 days about 2 years ago and i want to start botting on it again but not with it having a 2 day already. 

Will my ban meter go back to 0%?

Though I've had my first bot bust expire and was able to get a second bot bust before a permanent ban.

I don't think it usually goes down. My main has been in green for like 4 years or so and I haven't botted on it since I got caught.

 

EDIT: is this what your asking for? if so my first ban was mid green then when i came back to playing again not to long ago is was expired and cleared off witch had no color anymore and this morning i got ban using mirror having my brother bot it on his osbot acount since he has vip but yea i mean its just you and your luck with botting honestly u can get a "comp" cape but at the end of the day you will get ban so people saying im nearly maxed yea stop botting lol its just a gamble with jagex and gettin ban bot safe everyone

Well as long as you are in the "safezone" and don't get invloved in any kind of goldfarming methods such as hunting chins etc u wont get perm ban.
