I can't report posts without the site going offline and cloudfare coming up.

Same goes for myself. However when I come back to the main page through refreshing, I'm not sure if it accepts the report.

Like I've sent PMs that when the site "goes offline" it already sent by the time I refresh it.

No it is still doing it only now this is the error.

This is needed due to half the mods not doing a proper job moderating. It's annoying.
