Cant Login+Client not downloading

When I go to login to my osbot account on the osbot client it says Invalid Username or Password, Also the client is downloading, my java version is up to date aswell, anyone got any suggestions?

Does your password have any letters in it like ! + _ % or any special letters?
If it does, change your password to something with no special letters.
