Runescape Contact

Featured Replies

Hi,

Is there any sort of runescape email or anything we can use to contact them? My main has been banned which has never been botted on or associated with the ips on my botting farms so it's weird.

Almost impossible, they tend not to listen to people that got banned.

They caught your main somehow. Jagex is pretty good at catching botters and not banning innocent people.

I wouldn't really bother if you got perm banned but you could try emailing them at their support email, going to support for RS on Twitter or even posting on the RS support forums about your situation and they will guide you exactly where you need to go.

Good luck.

I totally agree with this, but this account has never been associated or botted on so just find it weird.

They could of have just made a mistake.

I'd email them and do Twitter for best results. They usually take a decent amount of time to reply or don't reply at all. Their support is pretty frustrating to work with so good luck with that.
