I never had any problems but today this happened.

I restarted the computer as I thought it may be because of playing LoL but I still get this screen.

 

It can't be my graphic card as I have a very new gaming computer with great specs.

 

Any solution or reason for this?

Log on the normal osrs client and put your mode to fixed. That'll make it work i believe.
