Proxy Setup, Missing "Proxy Pass:" Box?

Hey guys recently bought some proxies, and I noticed that my box to type in the proxy password is missing. I know it used to be there about a month ago. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and what they did to fix it? I tried reinstalling Osbot, and Java. Any help would be great, thanks!

fixed this problem right after posting, was because I had a funky screen resolution because I was using a TV as a monitor :p
