The_Red_Flag
You have to enable remote desktop connection in the VPS. make sure you right click manage on "your computer" and then on the left side hit change remote settings. Allow remote desktop connection and also make sure it can accept connections from different operating systems. Oh, and hope that someone port forwarded port 3389. Edit: I suppose if you are having issues connecting to it, this might be a problem lol. Make sure to check any faq or guides the person/company you bought it from has. The_Red_Flag
You're probably not going to be able to do transfers like that. I'd recommend a proxy on a browser if you really need to.
