I would highly recommend a admin or mod to send him a banned account and see what happens.

I don't understand why everyone is expecting this gentleman do give out freebies, or let you pay after the unban. He isn't selling you unbans, he is selling you his time and experience with unbanning accounts. I don't see why you are making so many shit-posts on this thread when you could just not reply.

I have been doing this since July of 2011, and I have years of vouches to show people... including vouches that are within the past week on other Runescape botting sites... This site just doesn't have nearly the amount of customers as some of the other forums I am on.
