Hey, I recently was banned but I would like to try and appeal it, or at least give it a shot anyway. Looking through the runescape website, I can't see anywhere to actually send them a message. How do the people who submit tickets etc. and do manage to get bans lifted actually do it? Any help on just how to even contact them is fine.

They don't have a Support email anymore. You can do it via Support Centre of Runescape or via Twitter, just add a Mod and PM him. Goodluck!!

I've seen this work before. Make it solemn/formal

I have submitted a ticket using 1,499 characters and it was formal and polite and explanatory. We shall see how it goes and if, for the miracle it would require, I do get unbanned then I'll let you know
