I noticed the withdraw fails miserably when the item you are trying to withdraw is right on the bottom row of what you see. It can't withdraw and it needs assistance scrolling the bank down even more before it can proceed. I hope this gets fixed.

I noticed that, too. That has been a bug for a long time. The admins never read this section much, so the bugs sticks around.
