I'm most likely gonna be selling to them since it's hard to gain trust with people how should I make them know my TOS? just email it to them or something? because I can see if you are selling to someone on here or something you can just put the TOS in your thread, but I'm not sure how to make it clear to the gold buyers off websites what I expect.

 

honestly is safer to sell to trusted buyers on here.

Not trying to advertise my own business or anything but feel free to check my signature ;)

can't you just add the refund in it? they get a refund if they trade over the gp/account exactly how it was

this only works with cash loaded on paypal if payment is recieved from any kind of credit or debit card there are still ways to charge back maybe add that too the first post so people dont think they are 100% safe using this method
