Let me clarify I won't be ordering it through anyone on OSBot (A really close friend of mine will be doing it because mining is her favorite skill, she even got 17 mil XP on rs3 for mining entirely by hand).

Problem is my friend isn't on OSBot and doesn't really know much about the market of doing runescape services. So I am trying to figure out what others would offer in order to give her a fair price.

Fortunately my friend is scarily good at mining and for some reason it's her favorite skill(like almost every time she logs in which isn't that often due to school she'll get around 100k mining xp if not more just for the hell of it).
