whenever I click the button in the lower left corner to sign in to start my bot it says "server failed to procsess your request" or something very similar to that.. my question is how do I resolve this and why is this even a problem? this is something extremely basic.. maybe I don't understand enough to know but it seems like the very first thing you should do before you release a product is make sure the on/off switch works.. I cant sign in I cant use this.. it does not encourage me to become VIP member

 

Can you grab me the exact error message? Could you please also provide me with your operating system?

i'm running W8 (64 bit I believe) but I can sign in now.. thankyou for being helpful though sometimes I get on forums and no one answers.. if I can I trust that if I have ANY problems that I can have resolved via forums im happy! sorry if I seem impatient im not "tech savy" and not good with understanding these things sometimes!
