Its a really bad idea actually, let me just keep everyone that I pissed off from posting on my thread to review my script and or service. 

 

It has the right idea, but its EASILY abused. That would be like all the challenger LOL players not playing with people they mute. Let me just mute everyone thats good, and woo I get to only play with people I can beat.
