Hey Doctor, unfortunately, mirror mode is not compatible with Linux. However, I do have some Windows Packages available, pm me or add my skype if you're interested.

I believe you would just have to use a tool called a "VNC Viewer" to connect to a Windows Server via Mac OS. 

Don't quote me on that though ;)

I believe it will run just 1 standard mirror client, due to how resource-hungry mirror is  

well worth it though if you know what you're doing, I've only been banned on mirror once :p

All my clients have been very happy with their servers (and the prices ;))

you would have to split them over multiple VPS.
