No, it's not an ingame problem. This is how my OBS interprets my stream to my viewers.

You're looking for the force desktop audio to video timestamps or whatever. If it is your microphone that is not syncing, you want mic sync offset https://jp9000.github.io/OBS/settings/audiosettings.html
