I was hiring him for torso service for 4.5m, and he says he doesnt have time and hes coming home in 15 minutes, so I let him

anyways and I check him in 1 hour, hes offline with my bank empty in lumbridge.. well sad story lel. To be honest I dont care

about 4.5m I just want this kid banned, since it kind of sad lel. If the pic of bank is needed, i'll add :)

I've made the user aware of the dispute and he has 24 hours to reply.

He has been placed in the TWC usergroup.

User has been online so he had to acknowledge the warning, but ignored the dispute. I went ahead and banned him, I'm sorry for your loss.
