I wanted to ask: Around what percent of bans are those given manually by jmods visiting highly populated botting locations? Do they ever issue bans through looking at exp gain or login logs?

Also, has anyone had an account permanently banned and made a successful appeal, as in they granted it and you got your account back intact? If so what did you say in your appeal. I doubt jagex even reads most of the appeals.

We have this thread for this Ban Rates, does not tell jmod vs system bans tho.... 

Of course Jagex doesn't read appeals manually, they probably receive 1000s/day. And I haven't heard of any events (because that's the only time they ban bots manually) involving Jmods going to botting hotspots and banning bots manually lately.
