No executable file when I download OSBot?

So it used to work perfectly, I would download the bot and then when I clicked on the download the bot would open no problem. But recently I tried downloading the bot again but when I click on it it brin me into winrar to extract it, but the problem with this is that there is no exeutablefile in the download, so there's literally no way for me to open the bot? Any idea what I can do to fix this? Thanks!
