As I said to those who PMed me, I'm simply waiting on a reply from one of the adminstrators so that we can get this thing rolling.. on a good note, testing seems to be going very well:

 

25 hours and counting, at 890 laws per hour. At version 0.9(this is 0.2) this same account should be getting around 950-970 per hour with speed adjustments and such. The amount per hour really depends on your agility level and settings(keep in mind this is without pouches or energy pots, just walking) but from testing I see that an account with level 1 agility get's 900 laws per hour, while an account with 99 agility would probably get 1000 per hour. This account has 60 agility and gets around 960 per hour on the latest version.

TIARA SUPPORT

Would definitely consider buying this as soon as it was released. Don't have too low of a price as profit will drop too much. Is it possible for tiara support?

AFAIK law tiaras were untradable in 07 so not sure if they've introduced the ability to trade it or not but it would still be a good feature

Currently supports both tiaras and talismans.
