The mouse movements when interacting with moving npcs seems to be a bit laggy. The mouse is moving very slowly sometimes.

I'm using selectEntityOption() with mousespeed 16

Dunno if this should be posted to the Errors/Bugs section.

This is the correct section for broken/laggy hooks and and methods. OP i would ask one of the the scripters like @@Stark his method if it would work in this instance.

Try using "selectEntityOption(npc, true, "Talk-to");" rather than "npc.interact("Talk-to");". It seemed to speed mine up a bit.
