Disputed member: Quests 'R' Us

Explanation: User and I agreed upon him doing 3 quests for me. 2 of them were completed, 1 could not be completed due to my kitten not growing into an adult in time so the user said he would go to bed and continue tomorrow. I logged into my account today and my account was wiped of all tradeable items of value. He's the only person with access to my account as I have changed my password since the last service that I have bought. User has claimed ignorance and said I should scan for a keylogger, I have a paid subscription to an anti-virus/malware service and a keylogger would not be able to pick up  my authenticator as it's on my mobile device. Total stolen would range around 23m, but all i care about was my full guthans and my 11m cash stack after that.

I believe he's from the UK, so he is in a drastic time difference from the US. So he may not reply for a quite some time. Just an FYI.

He has been online so he had to acknowledge the warning, yet he failed to respond so I'm going to go ahead and ban him. If he wishes to appeal he'll have to refund you.

I also have further evidence against him. He has now scammed another member "Luza Army" for 50m+ and my total scam worth was around 23m+, and the user made a topic yesterday selling around the same amount of GP. I request that Luza Army also be brought into this dispute as well, please.
