Nothing pops up in the console for this

 

When the mirror client goes to load hooks it freezes the game and has "an error has occured while loading hooks" 

I have tried using the web browser runescape, the downloadable runescape, and osbuddy. They all get the same response

Mirror client isn't working at the moment because of the update in rs.

Runescape usually updates on thursdays so that is probably why the hooks of the mirror client are broken. The developers will fix this and push a new update as soon as possible.

This was when runescape updated on thursday, its now friday. The mirror client and regular client have had their hooks updated since then and they work fine.
