you need 20 posts to post in the Buying section I believe, and 40 to post in the services section.

Post requirements?

The reason you can not post in the marketplace area is because you will need 20 posts in order to do so. This is for buying/selling currency, items etc. And you will then need 40 posts specifically in order to post in services.
