Where should i train with 50 attack, 53 str? Using best gear I can.. Rock crabs are over crowded so im looking for something else.. Tryed minotaurs they hit too hard on 1 defence.. what else could i try?

Cant reach experiments as im 1 prayer, and im keeping it that way for a while.. Flesh crawlers would probably wreck me..?

Just take food, they are pretty much 0 food needed with 40+ defence, so shouldn't be a problem without as long as you have food.

Yeah, get full iron (with plate + boots & shield) and just go try it out, you should be fine.

Yeah if rock crabs aint your thing then flesh crawlers is probably your best bet. Just get your max defence bonus and some decent food.
