Hello dear friends,

 

My PC has lately been having an issue where anything I download is blocked by my Firewall, even if I let it through the firewall in my control panel. Applications that were pre-installed before this issue popped up aren't affected, however.

 

When I try to take a picture using Gyazo, I receive this message: http://imgur.com/Uk5FaRl

 

When launching Spotify, I receive a message saying my proxy settings or Firewall are blocking Spotify. 

 

When trying to run a virus scan such as McAfee or Norton, I receive a message saying I'm not connected to the internet. http://imgur.com/4n7Ztfh

 

Again, I allow all these programs thru my Firewall, and I am not running any form of proxy. 

 

Any help?

Try to go into Start Menu > Control panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall and in the left side panel select 'restore standardsettings'

If that doesn't solve it, go into 'disable or enable windows firewall' and make sure your settings are as follows: (Core-responding to my language)
