I was wondering the same exact thing lol Most of the accounts have addy gloves + shades of morton, and ghost ahoy done within the quest lines. I would suggest 70-70-70, but If I were you I wouldn't bot this if you are just doing 1 account with 70-70-70 you will use alot of food until you get higher str n attack.
