User decided to waste my time - He asked me to PM, I didn't due to being able to make a false scam report (told him to PM me if he needed confirmation) then decided to delete me.

He's actually not.

He's not actually buying an account he's paying for an account to be leveled up to 70 mage and 40 hp.

This is actually fine; it's when you try to sell an account or buy someone else's under 100 post does it become a problem.

    Sorry for waisting a mods time. I thought it was against the rules <3

    How much do you pay? I have a few accounts with 80+ mage but 10 hp. If you pay good i would get them 40+ hp.
