I'd like to bot on my computer while doing other things. Is VirtualBox + VPN would be the best solution here or is there more advanced, less-resource-needing program similar to VB?

    Just one bot for starters. I can run VB pretty smoothly. All I want to know maybe there is more advanced program VB.

    To be honest I would go with this:

    Legit main account - oldschool client or osbuddy over your home IP.

    Botting account - osbot client with a proxy IP

     

    Minimize your botting client and do whatever you want to do on your computer

    where can i get some proxy ips?

    Market section, or you google for sock5 proxy (not sure how to set them up, visit the chatbox, maybe someonehtere can help :)

    If you allocate enough memory, yes.

     

    Gonna try it out some time then, this makes it possible for me to run multiple bots on different ips..

    Will 1GB ram per VM do? Got 2 PCs both with 8GB ram but I might buy more ram just for this.

    You can just use proxifer and proxy world 1-20 with IP 1 and 21-40 with IP 2.
