Is there a way to make that I could log in to runescape (or hop worlds) with one click? Maybe somewhere exists that kind of a client?

You can login with 2-3 keys using shortkeys. Boaty made a guide about it look it up. And as for the quickhopping i suggest using osbuddy client. Click on the Global icon and double click the desired world twice

    Look around for AHK guides (autohotkey). I'm sure there are guides that help you create login macros.
