You need to kill a level 21 or so monster , which cant be maged , this will be tricky on a lvl 3 :p

Just did this yesterday. All you need is about 6 recoils, salmon, and full iron. If you don't mind getting a little attack xp you can hit the npcs with a iron scim (it won't level your attack as you won't hit much)
