What VPS would you recommend that has a modulating IP?

Well if its a VPS it doesnt need to change the IP often but most plans include certain amount of IPs you can use. Go daddy's has 5 you can use.

wait what happened here?

 

I posted poggies on Scythe without censoring them and got a 1 year ban upped to perm. but its ok cause it was a throwaway.
