2 accounts were banned at catherby when i was fishing sharks, 1 account was perm banned fishing shrimp in draynor.

This. I got a bot busting offence while I was offline aswell; figured out when i woke up tried logging in..

If those are true it means Jagex changed their policy on Bot Busting Moderate

This scares me. I always use breaks enabled every hour or so, and skirptss with good anti-ban
