Need help with proxy, OSBot won't work...

The IP I was given is a SOCK4/5 and all it says is 122.234.23.323:89761 (swapped around the numbers)

 

I'm assuming 122.234.23.323 is the IP and 89761 is the port. Turned off authentication but it won't work. This is all that pops up;
