Explanation:  I conversed over here and skype, made the purchase of 40m, then the user logged off and won't reply.


Evidence: Screenshots of Skype convo. User had me messsage him/her via Osbot after telling me to post on thread, but I showed them thread was locked for me, so they posted at that time for a mod to check because the thread was seen as locked to some people.
