I got a lvl 30 NA account you can transfer to euw though its lvl 30 unranked

i have an EUW acc with 2600 rp, plat in season 2 and 3 so both icons, has the season 2 sword icon from worlds stream, has season 4 gold icon/border has i believe 8-10 rune pages and is only missing 10 champs give or take. has quite a few skins i cannot put an exact number but quite a few.
