All clicks are right clicks in client?

For some reason all of my clicks when I'm in the client are right clicks... This wasn't happening previously, but only started today for some reason, and I can't decipher any reason behind it. Would really appreciate some help here, because none of my scripts function anymore.

you must have selected the one mouse button option next to run i believe unselect that and you should be fine.  sometimes scripts miss run and click that instead
