Hiding you virtual private network? Assuming you don't know what a VPN is.

Cisco AnyConnect is client software that gives access to a VPN through which your traffic is routed (with a new IP address); As far as I know, AnyConnect fundamentally works the same as any other VPN service. So yes, Jagex will not see your home IP address if you are connected to the VPN.
