I had to wait 3-5 days, but my friend has the same bank and he did it in seconds.

So once i transfer the money to my PP, it won't show up but i can use the X amount of money I transferred into my account?

I'm not sure if you can already use it as I've never tried it. And the transfer will obviously still show up on your bank account statements, just not immediately.

But what I'm saying is, It took me 3-5 days to show up into my account.

 

My friend did it the same exact time as me, and his popped up read to use and everything in like a minute....

But once your bank gets it, its basically like "yo, is this money even legit? Let me check it out." Therefore, it takes 3-5 days (sometimes even 2) for the money to actually be usable to your disposal. This is because online currency is tricky and can easily be duped. 

 

Vise versa, if your sending money from your bank to your Paypal, its truly instantly. If you have a legitimate bank (which is 100% of the case) - Paypal will automatically recognize that the money is real and use your money instantly to your disposal. 

 

Now, the receiver of the money may not get it instantly, due to Paypal restrictions - How long you had your account, location in the world, ect. But for the most part its instantly.
