what postcount need to post in account selling section?

100, you can't even talk about selling a particular account until 100 either(this rule applies to the chat box too).
You can not spam these post either; it's extremely easy to find out who's post are spam and who is posting legitimately.

It will take sometime, but you'll make it to 100 soon enough just try to have fun and help out, and you will be at 100 in no time =).
