I think splashing is for some people way too slow, so they just bot mage

Its faster if you have to make your account 3 times over.

No mate, you can splash in what world you ever want, but be sure the NPC you are splashing on also attacks you.

Don't safespot the NPC, cause if it doesn't hit you, you will logg out and be sure that the NPC's max hit is 0. 

Try a chicken or a spider lvl 2

If you dont want to be in a pvp you can lure the Gnome in the Grand Tree to a bank booth and splash there
