I'm posting this as I came across this user in a thread. I'm unsure what happened, if the feedback is false or details regarding this trade specifically. Despite not knowing much, I'd like to bring this to staff's attention for it to be investigated. For the time being, I believe said user should be given TwC until the dispute is dealt with.

Explanation: @SwapRS has given @theov negative feedback regarding bond sales. @theov also seems suspicious creating multiple bond selling threads in the past couple days. Links to the threads can be found here and here.

Thank you for reporting this, upon further investigation @theov and @Iceydan128 turned out to be the same people. So I went ahead and banned him for creating multiple accounts and self-feedbacking. If the user who supposedly got scammed by him still wants to create a dispute and include the evidence he can still do that.
