I'm selling my original vBulletin license I purchased back in January 2010. I'm more than happy to use a VMM so long as you pay the fee. I will not be going first to anyone unless EXTREMELY trusted.

Transferring: You pay fees (if you'd like to transfer)

Can confirm that he owns a license.
Watched him log in to site via teamviewer and showed me when the order was made and that it was still active.
