I have a mac at the moment (biggest waste of money ever) and with this new computer ill be able to record rs/LoL/minecraft without lag right? And ill probably do some streaming as well

what the fuck is IPS panel 

In-plane switching panel, essentially a monitor type.

IPS is one of the best in terms of colour reproduction, contrast and viewing angles, personally I refuse to buy anything other than an IPS panel.

The one you got was a TN, they're cheaper and have worse colour, contrast and viewing angles, usually with the benefit of lower input delay/higher refresh rate. In your case it has 60hz refresh, so it's average at best.

 

There are better panel types, but IPS is usually expensive, let alone AMOLED.
