Explanation:
I posted a thread requiring certain accounts created,
this guy responds and adds me on skype,agreeing to do the services as discussed in the skype logs below,
upon discussion he told me that he was not comfortable with creating e-mails,so instead I had gotten 2 fresh accounts ready.
Confirming the order and the payment mode and amount,I did as discussed,
But,soon after starting the order,
-he logs into the accounts  

-takes the payment agreed upon
-logs off,acts dumb on skype and choses to delete me hoping for the best recourse.
