Hey Everyone! Sorry this might be a newbie question, anyways I have tryed to bot off my IP numerous times but they always detect me, I'm wondering if a proxy will change that also, do they all cost money?

Yes, some cost money. The ban rate is pretty high right now so I'd bot very very carefully. Also proxy's are usually used for multiple accounts, so botting a single account on a proxy would be pretty  much useless unless you suspect your Ip address is flagged.
