People who were members but haven't renewed 14 days prior to the start date.If you maintain your membership from this day forwards you will always be at the current rate. Similarly if you lose membership and don't renew immediately; you have 14 days to renew in order to keep the current rate.

Plenty of free games to play which take skill and patience to learn and master.
